Our team planned a series of 3-day in-person workshops with PwC business representatives to validate personas, diagram user journeys, and understand how the needs of different business units converged.
Following the workshops, I helped plan and run 3-week sprints with individual business lines. We dug into specific pain points, designed functional prototypes, and tested the prototypes with business users.
At the end of each sprint, we presented north-star visions with actionable recommendations.
With our north star, the PwC digital team secured long-term platform commitment from partners across 5 major business units.
Our agency's contract, valued at over $1M, was extended through the year to continue the digital transformation.
